Return Material AuthorizationAssociate RMA with contact – All Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) are linked to the contact who initiated the request.
Capture Customer RMA Details – All of the details of an RMA are captured and visible to those users who are authorized to see them. This also allows you to identify common issues.
Obtain Supplier RMA to back up your RMA – When an RMA is caused by one of your suppliers, the program will initiate an RMA from you to your supplier, thereby reducing your company’s liability.
